iPhone 6s Plus Kvitto Problem

Please if anyone can help me I will be very grateful.

A year ago, I bought an iPhone 6S Plus from a Tella Store in Luleå.( Storgatan 36, 972 31 Luleå )

I have a document like this one in the picture

What I'm looking for is the address where it is written on it in document.
My document in this place has been wiped out over time :X

As far as I know, this is the address of the employee himself(privatpersoner) in Luleå.

Telia support unfortunately could not help me because their system shows that the phone was bought from their store (Tella Butik Luleå.( Storgatan 36, 972 31 Luleå )

But I need this address please someone help me

A few days ago, I contacted Telia's support and checked through the invoice number that the phone was purchased from their Telia store.

But there was another address in Lulea in the document as well as two names of the employee(Privatpersoner) ....
Unfortunately, they told me that they could not check this information.

Anyone who is from Lulea and has a document from Telia can you check this for me what is this address please? :X Thank you

 

the name and adress in the top left corner should be your name and adress. you dont know your own name and adress?
