Recovery Not-Sticky

    I want to keep my original recovery but sometimes use custom recovery for backup and restore. I dont want to root my device.
    So how do I flash an recovery image without making it sticky??

    You can boot using a recovery image without actually flashing iirc.
    something in the line of
    adb boot recovery nameofrecoveryfile

    i'm not 100% sure about it but fairly close to it

    Don't work on my device. In my experience it only works on the boot partition.
