    Hi folks!

    It's me again:-)
I desired to have a Desire and I purchased yesterday at elgiganten for 4590kr.
Although I do not consider my self "ignorant" :- )))
in computers I dont know how to import/transfer contacts form my SE W595 to my HTC Desire.
    Have you got any tip?
I do not want to set up a Google account although I use GMAIL I dont want to sync contacts it with my Google accounts since there are some people I dont want to have them in my contacts, however they are in google and they are added automatically....(when i tried once and I had to reset it due to this reason...)

It should be possible to transfer the contacts through Bluetooth. Per default (I think) they're saved as a Phone-contact. Phone-contacts, contrary to Google-contacts, won't sync with Google.

    As Elofson wrote.
Copy your contacts in your old phone to your SIM-card, then you kan add contacts from the SIM-card in to your Desire.

    What's wrong with the Bluetooth-method? ;)

Wouldn't the suggested SIM-card method mess with contacts that have multiple phonenumbers? Resulting in multiple phone contacts instead of one merged.

Agree with Uncoloured. Use the "Send all contacts" via bluetooth option. What information is copied to the SIM card is dependant on the SIM card and as someone stated above it´s possbile that some information will not be copied to the SIM. That includes not only numbers but also other information like birthdays etc, which are not supported by any SIM card.

Thank you very much for you help however, under one contact I have 2-3 tel. numbers even e-mails and addresses. If I copy them from W595 to the sim I would not be able to get all numbers that a contact has except one number.
I want to find a way hot to copy them all to HTC Desire.

Via bluetooth: I tried but it does not seem to copy alltogether either. the only wai is by copying them one by one....

Why not get a second Google account just for sync? Not using that powerful functionality is just stupid.

Any Android device running Android 4.1 or later with an NFC chip inside it can send files via NFC using Android Beam which i think can be helpful to transfer contacts from W595 to HTC desire. Just open the photo or other file, press the phones back to back, and you’ll be prompted to wirelessly “beam” the file to the other phone. This works great for quickly sending photos, but it can’t send every type of file. It’s also very limited. iPhones don’t have integrated NFC hardware, so they can’t participate. Windows Phone and BlackBerry devices do have NFC hardware, but Android Beam can’t send files with them — it’s Android or nothing.

Using Google account to backup android data . In general, you’ll want to go to Settings > Backup & reset then tap Backup my data and Automatic restore.
